I haven't seen this one reviewed anywhere and it's one of my favorite Argento films, so here goes: Betty is an opera singer's young understudy who, because of an unfortunate accident ( the original singer's accident lol) has no choice but to act in her first starring role as Lady Macbeth. A psychotic and unseen benefactor begins to stalk the lovely young wench lol. Just before he begins to murder Betty's friends, he ties her up and props her eyelids open with rows of needles that prevent her from blinking. I actually thought this was quite original by the way. This film has plenty of violent, gory murders and is one of Argento's best! Anyone like this one besides your's truly?

Oh, of course! This is my 2nd favorite Argento flick, next to Tenebre.

Yeah, it's great but I'd say it's my third favorite after Suspiria and Tenebrae.

I love this movie but it's still not as good as Suspiria.

I thought the "bullet scene" was AWESOME! I like the "knife in the mouth" scene a lot, also. In my opinion, this is the last great film that Argento made. Haven't seen THE CARD PLAYER yet, though.

Very boring as hell for me it was long and drawn out. I do not see what the great hype is over this worthless piece of poop.
