In the year 2455,on a training mission a team of students meet up with Jason Voorhees! After Jason was finally killed off and went to hell in the 9th installment of the Friday the 13th franchise (1993)everyone thought it was over........... There were rumours of a duel with Freddy Kruger but nothing seemed to be happening.......... Finally after a wait of 8 long years Jason did return in 2001.But not with Freddy. And not at Crystal lake....... No this time round Jason was doing his thing IN SPACE!!!! Anyone got any views about this movie?

I hated it! Get Jason back in the woods where he belongs.

I thought the worse thing about this movie was the 15 certificate. All previous Fridays had been 18. It was an interesting idea with some good bits but ultimately didn't work.

Yep.....it just did not quite work.........I think when you try and take any slasher that has been in the woods or stalking neighborhoods, then put him/her in space......well umm....it is just not going to work.

Slightly off topic here(but not totally as Jason was shown to have regenerative powers and therefore fits into the SCFI section..sort of...) WHAT WAS YOUR FAVE JASON MOVIE? ? Personally I am going for "Friday The Thirteenth Part 2" but it was tough as I kinda love them all.

Same here, Part 2 even though Jason looked like he was about five feet tall.

I enjoyed some parts, but killers in space do suck, unless it's Alien.
I enjoyed part 3 the most, and part 5, and part 8...
I could go on forever.
