And the father drilling a hole through the head of that poor young man yeah, that was cool too. And who could forget the maggot storm? I laughed at the maggot storm! you know why? wouldnt you say shit and leave the room? or even just close the window.

Yeah, it's my favorite Fulci film after Zombie or maybe tied for first lol. I still don't understand though, why the adults started screaming when that kid was running towards them at the end.

I've only seen 2 Fulci films (The House By The Cemetary and The City of the Living Dead), but they were enough to convince me the man had very little talent. If Zombi and The Beyond are anything like those two, then I can safely say Romero is an infinitely better director than Lucio Fulci is. I can safely say I was a total dumbass when I wrote this. Lucio Fulci is a badass! Weirdly enough I now love all the movies I mentioned in that post. I'd have to say that Fulci's movies are a lot creepier than Romero's are, so he definitely wins this one.

Im not sure I love Romeros Dead series ive spent countless hours watching Day of the Dead over and over, But I havent seen a Fulci film that has disapointed me. Over all i would say Romeros films if you are into the story, but if you are a major gore hound like my self i would say watch the films Zombie, The Beyond, Gate of Hell, House by the Cemetary by Lucio Fulci.
FULCI LIVES!!!
