A very disturbing J-Horror film. A must see in my opinion. I can't get over how creepy this film is. The camera work alone makes this film hard to describe. It takes you on a trip of despair and insanity unlike few other films have in my opinion. It's almost like you yourself are stuck in the scenes with the characters. Very creepy and edgy, like nothing I have seen in recent years. This film really starts out with great character development. This film is a mix of drama a and horror. But the dramatic is very well acted and the horror aspect truly is frightening. Very well done film. Check it out!

Another one of those Jap horror films? I've never seen any of them. Never wanted to take the chance for some reason.

I've heard of it but no, I've never seen it. I mainly like Italian and some Spanish films when it concerns foreign made horror. You think I need to expand my horizons??

Battle Royale is the best Japanese horror flick I have ever seen and I'm not crazy about them either. It's definitely worth checking out.

Actually A Tale of Two Sisters is Korean. There's been a LOT of horror films released from South Korea lately and that is truly one of the best. And Audition...omg, one of the best films ever, in any genre or country. That one IS Japanese. Another one I've recently seen and would encourage ANYone to check out is Noroi: The Curse. It's also Japanese and it's like The Blair Witch Project and The Last Broadcast rolled into one but WAY scarier than either one. When these people run through the woods they DO see things! Awesome.
