What is the goriest horror movie that you ever seen?
I think Dead Alive!

Night of the Demon about the killer Bigfoot was pretty gory, and so were some zombie flicks like City Of The Living Dead, but especially The Beyond by Fulci.

Yea Dead Alive was gory.......but if your going for realistic.........Im not sure.......maybe Cannibal Holocaust. Not super gory, but very realistic.
