Wow Cannon cut out a lot? Is there anyway that I can see that footage? This was released in 86 but is there any word about a 20 year anniversary? So there is a higher body coint then 3.

At the time the film was released theatrically, I read that the editing was just seconds here and there. I never heard about other killings. I always liked this one, and think THE DEVIL'S REJECTS owes a lot to it.

Yeah glam i said the same thing house of 1,000 seemed to be a tribute to it... even down to the underground scene. yeah i heard that they had over 10 killings.. but i don't see any other people in the movie that they could have killed, beside that old man selling chainsaws "oh my ache bananna". tcm was good for me up until they went underground.

tcm was good for me up until they went underground. That was my favorite half of the movie. I like the odd atmosphere of it. Kinda nightmarish.

yes, there was deleted scenes. they are available through a VHS from Anchor Bay that was released in the 90's. I have seen them, and there are no sound effects, and the quality is AWFUL. BUt it still great to see. I just remember one took place at a football riot, where Leatherface popped out of the back of a truck with a saw and sawed a guy's head in half, the he cut this guy's hand off which then flipped him off!
